`Are your leather sofas made with genuine leather?`

 Certainly. Veltramo guarantees that all of our leather sofas are manufactured with high quality full-grain leather. Split leather and synthetic leather are not allowed to used in our sofas.

`Why does the color of the actual product I received differ from the product in your showroom?`

 Products from different batches may have slight color variations, which is normal. Additionally, color differences may occur under different lighting conditions.

`What about the production time?`

 Normally the production time will be controlled within 35- 60 days. However for certain customized products, it is necessary to confirm the precise time with your sales manager. For urgent projects, solutions can be coordinated case-by-case to prioritize production.
